2026 KTM 890 Adventure R Receives Performance Pack Option
KTM has expanded the 890 Adventure R lineup with a factory Performance Pack option that brings competition-derived equipment to the standard model. The €2,490 option includes Akrapovič slip-on exhaust, rally-specification footpegs, handguards with integrated bark busters, and a revised ECU map that extracts an additional 8 horsepower. Total output climbs to 113 horsepower—significant for a middleweight adventure machine.
The standard 890 Adventure R continues unchanged with its 889cc parallel twin producing 105 horsepower and 100Nm of torque. WP XPLOR suspension provides 240mm of travel at both ends, with the R specification offering fully adjustable damping. The 2026 model year adds USB-C charging ports and refined TFT display graphics but otherwise maintains the specification that has made this bike a benchmark in its class since introduction.

The standard 890 Adventure—without the R's additional travel and adjustability—remains available at €12,599 for riders prioritizing budget over capability. European deliveries begin March 2026.
